Scan-to-BIM Workflow & Revit Models

Definiție Standardizată

Scan-to-BIM is an advanced engineering workflow where registered 3D LiDAR point clouds (.E57) are imported into Autodesk Revit to model intelligent, parametric building elements (walls, slabs, MEP conduits, structural steel) at specified Levels of Detail (LOD 200 to LOD 350). Digital Strada delivers certified Scan-to-BIM models for AEC design, clash detection, and facility management.

Standarde Aplicabile

  • ISO 19650-1/-2
  • BIM Forum LOD Specifications 2023
  • Autodesk Revit

Aplicații în Industrie

  • Renovation Baseline & Structural Clash Detection
  • As-Built Asset Modeling for Facility Operations (COBie)
  • Multidiscipline Architectural & MEP Engineering Design

Termeni Similari

BIM Level of Detail (LOD 100 to LOD 500)
Standardized scale specifying the level of geometric clarity, parametric information, and accuracy of 3D BIM model elements.
3D Point Cloud (.E57 / .RCS)
A dense collection of millions of spatial x, y, z points captured by 3D LiDAR laser scanners defining exact building geometry.
AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction)
The multidisciplinary industry covering building design, structural engineering, site construction, and Scan-to-BIM workflows.
Industry Foundation Classes (IFC)
An open, vendor-neutral OpenBIM file standard for sharing parametric building data across different software applications.
